North-Western Phosphorous Company (NWPC, a member of the Acron Group) held an official induction ceremony for 17 young professionals. Department heads congratulated the new employees and presented them with commemorative diplomas in recognition of their new status.
Evgeny Sozinov, CEO of NWPC, welcomed the new members of the team, noting that being a young specialist is a prestigious status that helps join the Company’s talent pool and Youth Council, participate in efforts to address social issues and engage in public activism. ‘You are our future, and we are ready to support each of your most ambitious ideas and projects. The Company has created all the necessary conditions for you to prove yourself and become real experts in your field’, he added.
On the same day, NWPC gave a start to another initiative, establishing the Youth Council comprised of the Company’s young activists. In addition to their main jobs, they will be involved in production and research, volunteering, sports and cultural events. The Youth Council and other young specialists have already launched their first projects, including the Paw of Kindness campaign to support a dog shelter and collecting waste paper in cooperation with Secondary School No. 10 in Apatity.
NWPC established the Young Specialists programme in 2023. There is a regulation that defines all the benefits, guarantees and mentoring procedures.
