North-Western Phosphorous Company (NWPC, a member of Acron Group) held an induction ceremony for 13 young professionals at the Oleniy Ruchey mine site.
Addressing the new recruits, NWPC CEO Yevgeny Sozinov noted that young specialists are an important source of the talent pool for any company and welcomed the bright and focused young people to the Company’s team.
Department heads congratulated them on their new status and presented them with commemorative diplomas and gifts. The newly qualified specialists will now complete an internship with an experienced mentor and work on a project. At the end of the internship, the new employees and their mentors will write a final report and, based on the results of the internship and the project, the young employees may be recommended for the talent pool.
The Company provides young specialists with allowances and benefits, including reimbursement of relocation expenses and housing rent, the company mortgage programme, reimbursement of holiday return travel expenses, voluntary health insurance and resort treatment. In addition, young specialists can join the Youth Council and participate in solving social problems of young people and organising cultural, sports and educational events’, said Irina Molchanova, Deputy General Director for Human Resources.
After the ceremony, the young specialists were given a tour of the Company’s production facilities.
