NWPC to Create New Recreation Areas for Employees in 2019
In 2019, NWPC employees will have access to new health resorts and preventative care facilities. Access to resorts for NWPC’s employees has doubled since 2018.

Recreation is a social policy priority at NWPC. Every year, the Company’s employees and their families spend their vacations on the Black Sea coast and at the Acron Hotel resort.
This summer, the Company’s employees will be able to enjoy holidays in Anapa and Gelendzhik on the Black Sea coast. There will be two more options for year-round recreation. In addition to the beloved Acron Hotel resort, employees will have access to popular health resorts in Altai and Pyatigorsk.

Year-round resorts
- Acron preventive healthcare resort (Veliky Novgorod) is a three-storey building equipped with well-furnished double rooms and a department for medical procedures. Accommodations, meals, health treatment, and special preventive health and wellness programmes are available for employees and their children.
- Rodnik health resort (Pyatigorsk) is located at the foot of the southern slope of Mashuk Mountain near Proval Lake, and is surrounded by mineral water springs. The health resort is a complex of buildings with comfortable accommodations and health treatment rooms. The resort mainly focuses on mineral water treatments.
- Tsentrosoyuz health resort (Belokurikha) is a balneoclimatic resort located in the Altai foothills forests at 250 meters above sea level. One of the main advantages of the resort is a large landscaped area with parks, fountains and swings, outdoor training equipment, and modern children’s playgrounds, all set back from the road in a peaceful setting. This resort is focused on pantotherapy.

Summer resorts
- Brigantina health resort (Anapa, Vityazevo) (open from 1 May to 30 September) is located in the centre of the Paralia entertainment resort. It features a well-landscaped, lush green area. The Golden Beach water park and the Central Amusement Park are 15 km away. The resort provides a variety of treatment programmes.
- Rus health resort (Gelendzhik) (open from 1 March to 30 November) is located in the centre of Gelendzhik Bay, 150 meters from the famous resort promenade with a pebble beach, away from noisy highways. The resort has its own pebble beach 150 meters away from residential buildings. The health resort offers a variety of treatment programmes.
