On March 12, NWPC Board of Directors Chairman Sergei Fedorov participated in the tv-program Meeting place: TV-21. The previous day a TV-21 film crew visited the Oleniy Ruchey MPC site and prepared a report on what they called "the construction project of the century." From the program: "Full scale construction is under way in the Khibiny Mountains near the settlement of Koashva. Here, as early as the summer of 2012, the new Oleniy Ruchey mining and processing industrial complex will become operational."
