Acron Group, one of the leading mineral fertiliser producers in Russia and globally, announced that it is adjusting the salaries of all employees at its member companies 11 % starting 1 January 2022. This year’s adjustment rate is the largest since 2012. The Group will allocate RUB 1.1 billion in 2022 to cover the raises.
The Group decided to raise salaries after conducting thorough market research and assessing workforce performance. All other benefits in the Group’s collective agreements with employees – including voluntary health insurance, sports and cultural events, recreational facilities and children’s summer camps, wellness programmes, support programmes for long-term employees, and benefits paid to employees to mark family milestones – remain unchanged.
The average salary at Acron Group companies has traditionally been higher than the average wage in their footprint regions, and this latest adjustment exceeds the official inflation rate as reported by the Federal State Statistics Service. In addition to adjusting salaries, the Group reviews employee pay scales on a selective basis twice a year.
