According to Nadezhda Heifetz, NWPC Deputy CEO for Human Resources and General Matters, the Company has outlined areas of cooperation with schools in the region. Last autumn, NWPC signed an agreement on strategic partnership with the Murmansk Arctic State Institute (MAGU), the key player in the future regional educational complex. In addition to the key industrial companies of the region, this agreement was signed by the Kola Scientific Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Under the agreement, MAGU students will get on-the-job training at the largest regional production facilities. MAGU will also adjust its training programme to include NWPC proposals and enhance the quality of training so that its students are ready to start working immediately after graduation.
